This is the agreement between you and us about using Pintasy. It is short on purpose. Where it makes a promise about what the software does, that promise is enforced in code — the same standard the Privacy Policy holds itself to, and for the same reason: a term nothing enforces is a term nobody should rely on.
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not, do not create one, and if you change your mind you can delete your account from Settings at any time.
Pintasy is operated by SVANE KREATIV, a Norwegian sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak), organisation number 936 963 412, registered at Øvreveien 19, 4316 Sandnes, Norway.

Pintasy is a game about your friends' nights out, and it is 18+ because those nights often involve alcohol. You confirm you are 18 or over when you sign up, and that is checked against your date of birth by the database rather than only by the form.
If we learn that somebody under 18 has an account, we remove it. That is not a policy we hope to remember — terminate_profile runs the same code your own account deletion does, and records why it happened.
Pintasy is a fantasy league about nights out. Your friends pick a squad, and points come from how well their guess about your week matched it.
It is not an encouragement to drink, and it is built not to be one. More drinks stop paying above a fixed cap. There is no table anywhere that ranks people by how much they drink or how often they go out — that is a permanent constraint on the design, not a current state of the product. Nothing in the app will ever notify you to go out or to drink, at any hour.
Nothing in Pintasy is a measure of anything real. It does not know how much you drank, it does not estimate intoxication, and none of it is health information. It is a game about photographs.
Drink names belong to their owners. The app's list names real beers, ciders and seltzers so you can say what you had. Those names are trademarks of their owners, and Pintasy is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Drink responsibly, and look after each other. Nothing in this app should change a decision about your own safety or anybody else's.
You keep everything you post. Your photographs are yours. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not use them for anything except running the app for you and the people you have chosen to share a league with.
You give us permission to store your photographs and to show them to those people — which is what makes the app work — and to make the small technical copies that involves. That permission ends when you delete the photograph or your account, subject to the limits set out in the privacy policy.
Only post photographs you took. A night out can only be posted from the camera in Pintasy; there is no posting from your camera roll, and that is deliberate. A profile photo, or a league's banner and badge, can come from your library, and everything in this section applies to those too.
Only photograph people who are fine with it. You can tag somebody without asking first, because asking at 1am means the night never gets recorded — but anybody you tag can remove themselves at any time, without giving a reason, and you will not be told that they did.
Every photograph, every person, and every league's name, banner and badge can be reported, and every person can be blocked, from the app, without asking anybody.
Blocking stops you seeing each other, stops them tagging you, removes every tag they have already placed on you, and takes their face off your league table — in one action, immediately, with no decision needed from us.
Reporting sends it to us. We review reports and we can remove a photograph, a league's banner and badge, or an account, or reset a league's name. Removing a photograph takes the image out of storage; the record that a night happened survives, without the picture, because other people's scores for weeks already played were calculated from it.
We aim to look at reports within 24 hours. We are a very small operation and that is a commitment about effort, not an SLA.
If something is urgent — someone is at risk, or the content is illegal — email hello@pintasy.app and say so in the subject line. That reaches a person faster than a report does.
If you break the rules above, we can remove your content, your account, or both. For anything other than something serious or illegal we will tell you why, at the address you signed up with.
You can end it yourself at any time, from Settings, and you do not have to tell us why.
Pintasy is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that scoring will always be correct, or that nothing will be lost. It is a game made by one person and it will sometimes be wrong.
Keep your own copies of photographs you care about. They are on your phone when you take them; do not treat this app as where they live.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Norwegian law — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in this document.
You are also bound by Apple's terms for the App Store. This agreement is between you and SVANE KREATIV, not Apple: Apple is not responsible for Pintasy, has no obligation to support it, and is not a party to this agreement — though Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce it against you as a third-party beneficiary.
If these terms change in a way that affects what you may do or what we may do with what you post, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
Norwegian law. If we cannot resolve something between us, the courts of Norway have jurisdiction — and if you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring a claim where you live and under the consumer protections that apply there.
You can also complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), and you do not need our permission to do it.
